Rules for use of NNE Pharmaplan's job database
Personal information in the job database will be treated confidentially and used only for the purposes described in this document. NNE Pharmaplan is obliged to observe current Danish and EU data protection laws.
Purpose of the job database
The purpose of collecting personal data in the job database is to assess and contact candidates who are interested in and qualified for current or future vacancies with NNE Pharmaplan.
You may record your CV as an application for a vacancy that is posted on our website – or you may opt to record your CV without applying for a particular position. Your application is saved in the job database. Even if you are not considered for the position you have applied for, we will retain your data for a future job opportunity, unless you specifically request us to delete it.
Please note! The database has been established in cooperation with StepStone A/S. There is, however, NO CONNECTION WHATSOEVER to the StepStone CV database on www.stepstone.dk. No data or CVs are exchanged between the two databases, and NNE Pharmaplan's database is not published on StepStone’s website.
Statistics
The database data may be used for anonymous statistics. The information will be used collectively. It will not be possible to identify individual users of the database from the statistics.
Who processes your data?
StepStone processes the data.
The database is managed by StepStone A/S and hosted by StepStone NV, Avenue des Arts 3/4/5, B-1210 Brussels, Belgium.
Editing, update or deletion of your data
You have access to your stored data in the database at any time. You may also at any time edit, update or delete your data. If you do not edit your data for 6 months, they will be deleted from the database.
